B&T Properties (B&T LEGACY PROPERTIES, LLC) is an owner-operated deck builder based in Canton, GA. Breno, the owner, quotes the job himself, so the person who looks at your deck is the person who answers for the work. No call center and no sales rep.
What we do
- New decks — wood and composite, with stairs and railings built to suit the house.
- Deck replacement — old deck out, new deck in, on the footprint that works for you.
- Deck repair — rotten boards, loose railings, wobbly stairs, with an honest repair-or-replace call. Repair starts at $1,500.
- Screened porches — roofed, screened-in space on a sound floor.

1-year workmanship warranty
One year, in writing, on our labor from the completion date. If our own workmanship is why something fails, B&T Properties makes it right at no cost to you. Materials fall under the manufacturer’s warranty; wear, weather, misuse, neglect and third-party work are not covered. Request service in writing.
